How long does the review process take?

Usually we will have an answer for you within 48 hours. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can place an order immediately.

What happens if we reach our account limit?

You would need to settle some of the balance before placing another order for more units, or we can revisit your limit on request and perhaps extend it.

When do you invoice for my new units?

Units ordered on account are invoiced on the date of dispatch. You will have 60 days from that date to make payment in full.
