Whilst we can, it can be expensive. Our team will explain next steps when they get in touch.
Will this be covered under Warranty?
Our machines come with a 12-month Manufacturer's Warranty. First we need to understand the exact cause of failure and to do that our Service team need to investigate.
What parts are covered under Warranty?
For any Warranty claim our Service team need to determine the exact cause of failure. They will be in touch with you shortly to take you through next steps.
Do you offer service packages?
Yes we do. We have three types of services.
--> There's a Tiger health check at 6 months where we assess the machine and provide a detailed report on it's condition.
--> Then we have Tigercare Protect at 6 months / 500 hours whichever comes soonest. This is an interim service, recommended for Hire companies or units in heavy use. The service includes parts replaced in line with expected wear over this period.
--> And finally Tigercare Plus offering the same benefits as Protect but tailored for 12 months / 1000 hours.
