How to book your Tigerbite service

Active TigerCare plan
Make sure you have an active plan, if you don’t you can simply select the plan you wish to purchase below

Choose a date and time
You will need to bring your machine to us, so please choose a date that works. Earliest lead time is 4 weeks

Once booked we will send you confirmation via email and we look forward to seeing you on your day
When should I service my Tigerbite 425 Mini Crusher?
We recommend maintaining the machine in line with the table summarised on page 7 of the brochure. This includes guidance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The mManufacturer Schedule mentioned includes the TigerCare Protect service at 6 months, or 500 hours, whichever is soonest, followed by the TigerCare Plus service at 12 months, or 1000 hours, again whichever occurs first.

The type of service you should choose depends on when the machine was last serviced, how old your machine is, and it's past and present usage.

TigerCare Protect™ is a comprehensive interim service designed to keep your Tigerbite Mini Crusher in top working condition.
This package includes a full TigerCare Health Check, along with the replacement of essential wear parts to maintain performance and reliability. Recommended at six months or 500 motor hours, this service ensures that your machine continues operating smoothly, with parts replaced in line with expected wear over this period.

Recommended at twelve months, or 1000 motor hours, with replacement of parts in line with expected wear over this period.
Ensures that your Tigerbite Mini Crusher remains in excellent condition for the long term.
TigerCare+
TigerCare Plus™ is a comprehensive annual service delivering the same benefits as TigerCare Protect™ but tailored for 12 months, or 1000 motor hours. Designed to maximise uptime and maintain peak performance.
This package includes a full TigerCare Health Check and the replacement of wear parts recommended for this extended usage period. Designed to maximise uptime and maintain peak performance, TigerCare Plus ensures that your Tigerbite Mini Crusher remains in excellent condition for the long term.
